Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("AGB") govern the use of services offered by Elysian Group 24, owned by Christoforos Skordos (Halkidiki, Greece).

1. Scope of Services

Elysian Group 24 acts as an intermediary, connecting clients with independent third-party service providers (villas, yacht operators, transfer companies, venues, retailers and others). We do not own, operate or control these providers.

2. Requests & Acceptance

All requests are subject to availability and acceptance. Elysian Group 24 reserves the right to decline any request without explanation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are confirmed individually per request. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking and may be made directly to the third-party provider or through Elysian Group 24 depending on arrangement.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation terms follow the policies of the respective third-party providers. Elysian Group 24 is not liable for non-refundable amounts imposed by such providers.

5. Liability

Elysian Group 24's liability is limited to the diligent selection and intermediation of providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, performance or quality of third-party services. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, holding valid travel documents, and complying with local laws and provider rules.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Place of jurisdiction is Thessaloniki, where legally permissible.

8. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
